Good morning. Impressed and a bit envious of all the wonderful things Kate creates...wow! The best I could do lately was last evening’s chocolate tasting master class sponsored by Winterthur museum. It was really fun. 
Several of you have written to say that you were sorry you missed the call and we do hope you’ll be able to make the next one. Deb, are we going to get an update on your book? Hope so!

Hi again, everyone.  I apologize for the rocky start, but so glad to see a good many of you when we got going.  An interesting range of topics this time...
Two books in particular were mentioned as worth a look: “On Earth We’re Briefly Gorgeous” by Ocean Vuong, and “Inheritance: a Memoir of Genealogy, Paternity and Love” by Dani Shapiro.
We also liked Jane’s suggestion of a survey monkey which asked us to answer some questions...anonymously, I think.  Jane’s example was whether some classmates did the tough crosswords.  She suggested that we submit questions thru the email address, and then she would set up the survey.
I am thinking of setting up the next Zoom call around the end of November.  In the meantime, I hope everyone stays safe and well.  If you are traveling, please be extra careful.
