You wouldn't want to engage in yoga on a full stomach anyway, so if you have a class near your work or home, you could go to class first, then home to eat.  Be sure to drink water though!

Guess yoga is THE thing to do . . . perhaps I shall join a class in my area 
. . . my excuse: still work full-time: leave house at 8 AM and, if lucky, am 
home by 6:00 - what do you all suggest for me?

    number of friends that sing yoga's praise. Just need to retire - and I do 
    plan to fairly soon. East Hartland sounds idyllic! I always thought it was a

            year or so ago because it was being offered right here in River 
            City= little East Hartland--I couldn't pass up the 
            convenience.  I could even walk to it if I wanted to schlep my
