Dear Susan,

What a brave, positive and inspiring letter!  My
thoughts and prayers are with Zach and with you as you
work through this stressful time.  We have all read
about the importance of the mind and emotional state
in conquering disease.  It sounds like Zach is a very
strong young man with an amazing attitude, and that
will surely help him, along with the good medical care
he is receiving.  All good wishes to you and your
family.  Betsy
