From Truchas TU: March 3rd: Annual Banquet

Please make plans to attend our Annual Banquet which will be held
Saturday, March
3rd in Santa Fe.

Our guest speaker will be James Prosek.  James has been active in
conservation and is a well know author and artist.  He has written a number
of books including Trout, an Illustrated History, The Complete Angler, A
Good Day's Fishing and many more

James Prosek's earliest memories are of sitting at the kitchen table at home
in Connecticut making paintings of birds. He became passionate about trout
at the age of nine when his early paintings of birds evolved into fish. As
an undergraduate at Yale, Prosek published his first book, *Trout: An
Illustrated History* (Knopf, 1996), watercolors of seventy species,
subspecies and strains, of the trout of North America.
