Grandchildren are the best and sweetest way to enjoy the process of "aging". I turned 70 on the 20th of June with my 5 keeping me on my toes. After celebrating with all of them we headed to Friendship, Maine and will be off to visit my daughter's brood in Montana next week. Planning to retire this Fall. The whole works: birthday bash, picnic at the Seacoast Science Center at Odiorne Point, NH, a lobster party, and breakfast Sunday brunch. Folks came from Canada, San Francisco, NJ, OH, AZ, NH and Maine. A grand time for all!<br>

And my best news of all is the arrival on June 21st of my first grandchild! My daughter Cate and husband Karim have a little girl, Jema Virginia Cadbury Chajid, beautiful and healthy, and I am LOVING being a Grandmom!<br>
