[Oxford63] reunion schedule to date - it's all here, I think

Sandy, I'm sorry if you misinterpreted my question. Your offer is lovely and most generous and far more appealing than a big "name tag" luncheon. My hope is that we can spend as much time all together as possible -- wherever that may be.

> Sally - I offered the option for those who don't want to be "on" at KO both at noon and at dinner, who might like to organize an hour or so of yoga or tennis or a walk and a chance to eat and visit with one another without wearing name tags. I live right here in town. I would love it if we were to meet at the old house on Prospect and gather there for tea, but that cannot be. Going to Kingswood's noble campus for our time together is less appealing than inviting you into my little house, so that's why I offered. I do not mean any disregard and I know from experience that this is the battle of development offices, to get us back and to create the environment for our reunion that makes us want to be there. They do want to please and accommodate us. I am willing to do the good deed by attending the dinner, but that is not where I expect to have the best chance to sit down and really talk to you. I am looking for something less formal and, for some, more comfortable, to pass the time from noon through part of the afternoon in your company - such a rare opportunity. My shower (only one) is open to those who want to exercise and change up, or if a return to the hotel, a shower and a nap is the best option before dinner then that's good too. I will provide a big salad, some cold salmon, some yummy bread. Let's build from there. Those who can can complement that are welcome to bring drink, sweets or other sides. Let's see our numbers on the spreadsheet and we will plan from there. I am hopeful we will all see one another at the dinner and those who can stay on will share brunch together at Claudia's.

You access it by using Google docs (most currently available via Google Drive, but before I even had Drive, I could use a shared Google doc. Its a great way to work together something that is evolving.
