My advice?...RETIRE!!!
Ok, sorry ... I'm being bratty.

There's always meditation. You can do it by yourself in your own home at
any time...and it has many of the benefits of yoga...just not the physical
aspects as far as the stretching and strengthening of the muscles.
I'm a huge fan of meditation. The inner peace that it brings leads to
multiple health benefits and to an improved life in general.

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone next year.
