our name was
silly spirit catering
we were in nyc -only
we didn't have a reputation - yet
we had a few  clients
a staff person or  two
(we didn't even  have a fax machine)
pesto was big deal back  then
pepper vodka -  huh?
artisanal cheese -  nope
 
25 years  later
our name is
MJ & Co / Cater  !
we are in the hamptons  too
our reputation- you  know!
 so many wonderful  clients !!
both loyal and  "new"
(social,  corporate, non profit)
our staff has grown ( a lot!)
we still serve  pesto
and regular ole  vodka
and Brie
& also
mandarin coulis
saki shots
and
robiola  nostrana  -
(italian cheese  tastes kinda like brie)
rentals, flowers, lights,  music -
action!!
